In one sentence, describe your product?

In real-time, Cemplicity uses its specialised technology to capture and utilise patient voices. Patient experience is used to measure and improve health providers services more effectively (known as PREMs). To refine and enhance the treatment and recovery of individual patients another product, called PROMs, captures specific symptom and outcome measures.


What industry problem / challenge are you tackling?

(1) Providing a mechanism for healthcare providers to maintain and improve quality in a cost effective and scalable way.


(2) Enabling patients to provide feedback about their conditions and experiences in real-time to healthcare providers.


(3)Providing insights across an organisation via one platform from a nurse on a ward to a CEO.

Many executives have the perception that experience and outcomes are lagging rather than leading indicators. Healthcare providers incorporating patient reported measures in an automated scalable way to enable all patients to provide feedback on their experiences when interacting with the healthcare system. Improving patients health outcomes through ongoing symptoms management.
