What industry problem / challenge are you tackling?
In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, medical practices need a safe and secure way to still see their patients. Healthsite’s telehealth solution provides a safe and secure platform to book and see patients remotely.
What is unique about your product in your market?
Our telehealth product fully integrates with both our online booking platform, and the major Practice Management System’s used by GP clinics. This ensures a fantastic and easy user experience with both the patient and the practice.
What is the biggest risk to your company?
The biggest risk we see if the Federal Government reducing the MBS item numbers that have been introduced for telehealth.
What does success look like for the company?
Success looks like telehealth usage growth each month. Increased usage by patients means acceptance and understanding of the benefits that telehealth can bring to our communities across the country.
