We make it easy for healthcare professionals to get paid by anyone, from anywhere, quickly.
What industry problem / challenge are you tackling?
There are dozens of different insurers, thousands of claiming rules and many patient payment methods with slow and complex processes. We simplify the processes of lodging claims, requesting payment and managing settlement through a digital interface that providers can access from the web or their practice management system.
What is unique about your product in your market?
We integrate with more insurers and payment options than any other party. This means that regardless of what a patient is eligible to claim for, or how a patient chooses or pay, a provider will have a unified way to manage it all.
What is the biggest risk to your company?
Apathy. Claiming and payments can be seen as antithetical to the core mission of healthcare. But we believe the effort spent on claiming and payments can be made drastically better so that providers and their support teams can focus on greater patient care.
What does success look like for the company?
To remove the pain of claiming and payments in healthcare.
